Recovery and replacement policy

Our recovery and replacement policy is to thank you for choosing systems and network solutions to buy your favorite products and we are happy to serve you sometimes your opinion may change with regard to the products you have purchased, 

It's okay, we're in systems and network solutions, we're going to do our best to get the recovery or replacement as simple and smooth as possible.
We have facilitated the recovery or replacement process for you through the following procedures.

Recovery and replacement within 7 days of purchase

Purchase recovery or replacement policy
This policy applies to the product being in its closed packaging and in the same original state at the time of purchase
Upon recovery, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned when purchased in their original packaging
Products that have been opened and have a factory defect can be replaced by the same item provided that the customer delivers them to systems and network solutions with a technical report from the authorized agent maintenance center within Saudi Arabia
